These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of rregnyc.com(the “Site”), operated by Roesch Real Estate Group (“RREG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not create an agency, brokerage, or client relationship. A brokerage relationship is established only through a separate, written engagement signed by an authorized representative of RREG.

Property listings, photographs, dimensions, asking rents, tenant rosters, and related information are obtained from sources we consider reliable but are not guaranteed and are subject to change, prior sale, lease, withdrawal from the market, or error. RREG makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of this information. Independent verification is recommended for any decision.

You may use the Site for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission.
• Scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract data using automated means.
• Interfere with the Site's operation, security, or with other users' use of it.
• Use the Site to send unsolicited communications, infringe third-party rights, or violate applicable law.

The Roesch Real Estate Group name, logo, wordmarks, and all content on the Site (text, imagery, design, and code) are owned by RREG or our licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The Site may link to documents and resources hosted by third parties (including the New York Department of State's Fair Housing Notice and the New York Standard Operating Procedures for licensed brokers). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or availability of third-party sites.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. RREG does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RREG and its members, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold RREG harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
